When will I receive my order?
In general, items will be delivered to the Infinite Campus National Headquarters in Blaine, Minn. within three weeks. If your order was shipped out–of–state (Minn.), please allow extra time for shipping.

Are there minimum quantities for apparel?
No. Quantities of one are possible for all apparel items.

Are there minimum quantities on hard and soft goods?
Yes. Except for the Campus Store Specials, all hard and soft goods require a minimum quantity purchased. However, minimum quantities vary widely.

Is there a charge for sales tax?
We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services shipped into Minnesota. Employees in other states may be required to remit use taxes.

What form of payment is accepted?
All payments will be processed via credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted.

What are Campus Store transactions called, so I can reference my purchase in my credit card statement?
All transactions will be recorded as Rapit Printing. Rapit® is the provider of the Campus Store.

How do I know my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order.
